"I have been guilty of neglecting my body throughout my lifetime, always leaving myself as a last priority and then overlooking myself completely. l felt it was time to finally invest something into myself. l had tried many of the usual modalities, none of which seemed to be the right fit for me. Then l found Freedom2Balance Bowen Therapy which has changed my life. Sylvia has a gift that l have never experienced before. I was unaware of how shut down my body was. l am feeling parts of myself l never knew l had. I am sleeping blissfully and awaken with a grounded awareness l had only ever dreamed of experiencing.
